
As of today, I'm down to 304 (a total loss of 137 pounds). Lots of people have asked me to be more specific on what I'm doing to loose weight. In response to those questions, I have been working on a page full of tips and links the ideas I use and some of the things I do to get the weight off. I hope you enjoy my tips!
