It sure has been a long time since I've posted an update, hasn't it? Well, a lot has happened to me in the past several months. In June I went back to work after being off for almost 4 years. I'm back at my old job as a car salesman at Turnpike Chevrolet in Nitro, WV, and I'm doing really well. They even bought me a golf cart to drive around the lot to make it easier on me! I am very, very pleased, to say the least. And just think, they said I'd never walk again let alone go back to work!
Now for the bad news...I've put some weight back on since my last update. It's no wonder really, I work all kinds of crazy hours and it's really hard to eat right being gone 12 hours a day. I've not gained too much though, probably 15 pounds. I do need to try harder to get things going in the right direction again, and soon! I sure don't want to put that 160-odd pounds back on ever again.
All-in-all, I'd have to say things are going pretty well for me and I'm happier now than I have been in, well, 4 years.
