| Western Wrap 16 thin slices deli roast beef (12 oz.) 2 cups shredded broccoli slaw � cup prepared light ranch dressing 2 Tbs. light ranch dressing 1 container of cream cheese 4 flour tortillas Place the broccoli slaw and the � cup ranch dressing in a medium bowl. Toss with 2 forks to coat evenly. Place the cream cheese and 2 Tbs. of ranch dressing in another bowl and stir well. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla. Place 4 roast beef slices in an even layer on top of the cream cheese. Place 1/3 cup of the broccoli mixture on the roast beef and spread to an even layer. Roll the tortilla and serve. Repeat to make 4 wraps. |
