| Sesame Chicken Ingredients 12 oz chicken breast � tbsp wine � tsp salt � tsp sugar � tsp ground white pepper 1 egg 1 tbsp corn starch 3 tbsp corn starch 3 tbsp white sesame seeds 6 cups oil for deep frying Preparation � Cut chicken into thin slices. � Marinade with wine, salt, sugar and pepper for 20 minutes. � Add one tablespoon corn starch just before deep frying. � Beat the egg slightly to mix. � Mix the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with the white seasme. � Dip the chicken pieces in the egg then sesame and cornstarch mixture. � Heat oil for deep frying. � Deep fry chicken pieces over medium heat for two minutes. � Lift the chicke pieces and drain on paper towl. |
