| Potato, Ham and Cheese Bake 2 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 cup milk 4 eggs � teaspoon pepper 4 (� to 1 ounce each) slices Cheddar cheese 1 cup cooked ham, cut into � -inch pieces 2 tablespoons sliced green onion Heat oven to 375 degrees. Press potatoes on bottom and up sides of greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes. In medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and pepper; beat until well mixed. Stir in ham and green onions. Cut cheese slices in half diagonally. Place � cheese on potatoes. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese.
