Pico de Gallo

2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, diced
1 jalape�o pepper, seeded and minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and chill until ready to serve.

Yield: Makes about 1 1/2 cups

6 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons minced cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 1 hour. Serve with grilled meats, tortillas, or chips.

Yield: Makes 2 1/2 cups

Applebees Pico de Gallo

This is a great summer relish to serve with chips, or even on a hamburger.!

Ingredients
3 large tomatoes diced
1 large onion diced
2 Tbsp. diced Jalapenos
1/2 cup fresh cilantro (diced)
2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. white vinegar

Methods/steps :
Mix all ingredients together in large container until well blended. Allow sitting for at least 6 hours, it is better if allowed to sit overnight.
