| Chocolate Pudding Brownies 6 Tbp butter, softened 2/3 cup sugar 2 eggs � cup milk 1 tsp vanilla � cup flour 1-3� oz pkg regular chocolate pudding mix � tsp baking powder � tsp salt 1-6 oz pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips 1. Preheat oven to 350�. 2. Grease bottom and sides of a 9x9x2" baking pan with oil. 3. Cream together butter and sugar. 4. Add the eggs, milk and vanilla to the bowl and blend. 5. In a separate bowl, stir together the flour, pudding mix, baking powder and salt. 6. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix well. 7. Stir in the chocolate chips. 8. Pour into the pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting. Makes 24 bars. |
