| Ya know, the last card of the show is only two weeks away. It's shaping up to be one tremendous show...pitting Ian McMurphy and myself in a triple threat match with "Torturous" Tony Sly for the CFWA heavyweight title. A lot of people have been asking me...do you think you can win TRD? Do you think you can take two of the top superstars in the CFWA at the same time? Let's take a look back at a few things shall we? It was exactly one year ago that my most bitter enemy right now..."The Irish Assassin" Ian McMurphy pulled me out from the street and trained me. Since then, I've been workin as hard as any of the other top guys. Practice, train, work hard...that's what I've done for the last year. And I have become the fastest rising star in the CFWA ever...EVER!! And no doubt about it...Ian and I have had two tremendous matches in that ring. He's beat me once...and I scored the pinfall just two weeks ago. So it's even. But Ian...between you and I...it will probably never be even. In less than two weeks...I'm gonna move ahead...bottem line...I want that title more than you. It's mine...I've held it longer than any other superstar in the CFWA...and I'll break that record starting the 27th...I guaran damn tee it. You can beat my ass down with chairs, you can stomp on my face, you can break desks with my forhead...and I'll still come flyin at you full speed my friend. Run at me Ian...run at me. Now, on to "To...rtur...ous" To...ny Slyyy. Sly, people are wonderin if now that we are both the "good guys" comin into this match, is that gonna come to our advantage? Most definately. I mean, God knows that we both have vendettas with Ian and Flex Appeal. So it's a sure bet that we're gonna take it to Ian. But only one of us can walk out Champion Sly...and honestly I think it has to come down to what the fans want...because God knows that's what motivation is all about...hearing the fans chant your name and cheer you on. It can make you kick out of the most devistating finishing move...and can give you a second, third, christ it could give you a dozen different winds. So what do the fans want Sly? Tell ya what...you come out there, wipe the water you slobbered on your chin off...and hope to God a few fans will give you a high five. And then watch...cause when I come out there...actually listen....for them three little letters....T....R...D. Gives me goose bumps just thinkin bout it. And shine that gold up real nice...whichever gold it may be at the time. Ya know, people have been asking me a lot about what will happen with TRD next year. Honestly, I don't know. I want to talk about alliances I suppose. We've all seen alliances dominate the CFWA...from the original Flex Appeal, to Insubordination, to Flex Appeal 2001. So that has me thinkin...who would I like to be alligned with...The Real Deal and who? Let's take a look at a few guys on the roster shall we. We got A-Bomb...one of the craziest sunabitches I ever met. One problem...Flex Appeal has him wrapped around their little finger...and quite frankly it weakens him. Adam Kage...probably my pick for the rookie of the year this year. He and I battled one hell of a match...but theres no secret that he's a clutz in the ring. I mean damn....how many times can the guy accidently hit someone else with a chair. Given a chance...he could excell under TRD's wing...don't count it out. You got Flex Appeal 2001....not many in number...and not much for brain power....Ian McMurphy, Brick, A-Bomb, and the Attitude Chris Ryan. Ryan and I were like brothers...honestly like brothers our entire life. It's just a shame what a Wal Mart vest and a microphone can do to a man. Ryan, brother or not...you would never have what it takes to run with the big guns like myself. As far as Bricks concerned....duuuhhh which way did he go george, which way did he go. What about the only CFWA member to wrestle in the independant circuit, "Beautiful" Brent Filmore? Actually this is the man I won my first gold with...the tag straps at the beginning of the year. But it's also the man that deserted me, and I had to drop those titles. Quite honestly, I think Filmore vs. The Real Deal makes much more sense than Filmore and The Real Deal. We got high flyin lunatic in "Death Metal". Another crazy bastard...and quite honestly...I'd love to have him on my side. Although not the most reliable man or trustworthy...I think he and I could have one hell of a future as an alliance. "Heardhead" Riff Harrison? Riff who...???? How bout that crazy guy that took his own friends career...K9. This guy has potential...he can be technical, he can fly, and he can hard core with the best of em. K9 and TRD make sense. Look for this one next year as well. How bout Mysterious Agent M and Ted Nugent 2000? Riiiiight.... If I see one more guy rollin around on the ground I'm gonna punt 'em. It's an Apostle fest out there.... "Shooter" Chet Hardwood showed some impressive talent when I saw him out there againt M. But quite honestly, if he doesn't put something on over that....thing he's wearing to cover up...well the obvious....then I wouldn't give this kid the time of day. The world champ...soon to be former....Tony Sly. WOuldn't work...it's no secret that there's no love loss here. And quite frankly...the guys jealous of me. I'm a better wrestler than him...the fans love me more than him, I get all the beautiful women....jealousy...it's an evil thing Sly. And honsestly it's gonna hold you back. Now to the man that I think has the potential to move up to main event status. The man that will be taken under my wing...no pun intended. The man that was the first to tap out to the Reality Bites...yet showed me one hell of a fight....Captain Parrot. Parrot can hang with the best of us...no doubt about it. He's smart, he's technical...and it all shows in that ring. Honestly, this man will be more than just a midcarder Blackhwak county champion...he is a future CFWA world Champion. With his bike and all...watch this kid become the best...sorry...second to best next year. Well there ya have it. Shut yo mouth and read next week's article..... Oh yea- And run at me!! TRD! |
