| Well, with less than two weeks until Hardcore Holi-Daze, the card has still not taken shape with only one match signed thus far, but the CFWA Front Office is assuring me that it will be one of the most entertaining shows of the semester. -Matt McClaren recently suffered an injury in practice and may not be available for Hardcore Holi-Daze. -Despite his membership in the Dynasty and his cocky attitude, I predict that The Natural Steve Kincaid will become one of the greatest Black Hawk County Champions that the CFWA has ever seen. -Speculation about Mark Marvel's future and allegiance continue to circulate. Some are saying that he is on the verge of taking a full-time position with the MDW, whereas others are saying that he will be making a return to the ring in the CFWA after the New Year; only time will tell. -On a similar note, rumors are flying that former CFWA superstar Adam Kage is in serious talks with the MDW about returning to the ring, BUT I have spoken to Adam Kage and he has adamantly denied all involvement, past, present, or future, with the MDW. -Speaking of the MDW, can they put on a good show WITHOUT using any CFWA talent? Just a thought..... -Komodo Kelly, who made his debut at No Remorse, did not seem to be very well received by the fans, maybe there is a heel turn in his future. -My gut feeling is that Torturous Tony Sly is not only going to get back on the winning track at Hardcore Holi-Daze, but he is going to wreck some serious havoc on the CFWA in the process. -Chris Starman, who had been training in the CFWA's Power Plant, has left the federation due to a job transfer. We wish him the best of luck in his attempt to break into the "business." |
