| -The MDW's Lord of the Ring event this past weekend saw The "Real Deal" Dean Collins defeat rival "Attitude" Chris Ryan in one of the best matches of the two-night event. Torturous Tony Sly was also in action this weekend losing to Lost Angel. -Jordan Nye (a.k.a. Blackjack Daniels) is still on the CFWA's roster, but will be repackaged with a new gimmick. No return date has been set. -The word on the street is that either Riff Harrison or Sidekick Steve will challenge CFWA Black Hawk County Champion "Attitude" Chris Ryan to a title match at No Remorse. -The resident martial artist in the CFWA Power Plant, Komodo Kelly, may be debuting as soon as No Remorse. -Bambi is continuing to train as well and may see some in ring action before 2001 comes to a close. -Can Torturous Tony Sly get back on the winning track at No Remorse with a victory over Brick? -Just a piece of trivia, the CFWA Heavyweight Title has changed hands at both of the previous No Remorse Fatal Four Ways, but then again, neither of those matches were ladder matches either. -From where I sit, Sidekick Steve is set to make a big impact in the CFWA in the near future. |
