Finishers: Brain Boggler, Lobotomy, Amnesia DDT, and Niagara Driver Titles Held: CFWA Heavyweight Title (2/99) John Doe was a former mental patient of the Independence Mental Health Institution and suffered from amnesia. Accompanied to the ring by the lovely Vixen, John Doe was one of the original superstars of the CFWA. Although he only held the CFWA Heavyweight Title once, during the spring of 1999, Doe was probably the best in-ring performer that the CFWA has ever had. His feuds with Pugsly Smirnoff and Sweet Daddy O' Joe Perry were legendary. In fact, the very first CFWA show, Finals Fall Out in December, 1998, was a 45 minute marathon match between Doe and his arch rival Sweet Daddy O' Joe Perry. During the early years of the CFWA, John Doe vs Sweet Daddy O' Joe Perry WAS the CFWA! John Doe has not been seen in the CFWA since breaking his leg in February, 1999 while training with legend Harley Race. Maybe Doe has just "forgot" about the CFWA and will one day return to to the federation that he helped found and once again do battle with Sweet Daddy O' Joe Perry, only time will tell. |
