Chuck T. debuted in the CFWA at No Remorse in November, 1999 as a member of
Sweet Daddy' O Joe Perry's Top Notch stable. Perry awarded Chuck and "Buck
and Change" Ryan Perry the inaugural CFWA Tag Team Titles as a reward for
their loyalty, but they were defeated that night by Torturous Tony Sly.
Chuck settled into commentating with his "partner in crime" K-9.  However,
by February, 2000, K-9 and Chuck T. had formed the tag team Citizen Pain,
joined Torturous Tony Sly to form the Insubordination stable, and defeated
Flex Appeal (Ian McMurphy and "Beautiful" Brent Filmore) to win the CFWA Tag
Team Titles. However, a rift developed within Citizen Pain and
Insubordination and by Excessive Force in April, 2000, K-9 and Taylor were
feuding. Their second match at Excessive Force was the federation's one and
only Loser Leaves Town Dog Collar Match and it resulted in K-9's departure
from the federation after Chuck T. pulled off a narrow victory.  Thereafter,
Chuck left the federation to pursue other projects, but returned to
commentate in November, 2000 and made his return to the ring the next month
at Hardcore Holi-Daze when he teamed with former running buddy Tony Sly to
do battle with Flex Appeal 2001.  Flex Appeal 2001 brought K-9 back and
reinstated him at New Year's Revolution in January, 2001 and he cost The
Diabolical Chuck Taylor a match against CFWA Heavyweight Champion The "Real
Deal" Dean Collins. However, after Chuck T. defeated K-9 in a brutal
Waterloo Street Fight at Extreme Retribution in February, 2001,  Citizen
Pain and Insubordination reformed in order to rid the CFWA of Flex Appeal
2001's fascism. One month later, Citizen Pain became two-time CFWA Tag Team
Champions. Unfortunately, Flex Appeal 2001's Commissioner "Attitude" Chris
Ryan forced K-9 and Chuck T. to battle each other one last time in a Loser
Leaves Town Match at Reckless Abandon in April, 2001 after not defending
their titles. K-9 came out on top in one of the most brutal matches that the
CFWA has ever seen and The Diabolical Chuck Taylor was forced to leave the
CFWA.
