| Axle "The Grizzly" Bayre Weight: 250 Hometown: Milwaukee, Wisconsin Finishers: Grizzly Slam and Axle Grinder Titles Held: None Axle is a former three-time high school state wrestling champion who is reportedly a direct descendent of the inventors of Greco-Roman wrestling. He was brought into the CFWA by his former high school teammate, "Shooter" Chet Hartwood. Axle debuted at Halloween Hell in October, 2001 and defeated Blackjack Daniels in his debut match. November and December, 2001 saw Axle in a losing streak, but his luck changed at Hardcore Holi-Daze when he disguised himself as Samone and teamed with "Shooter" to defeat Matt McClaren and Bambi in a Loser's Valet Leaves Town Match, but after the match "Shooter" quit the CFWA, so the future of Axle is uncertain, but considering his size and amateur background, expect big things from "The Grizzly." |
