Windows/Crawl Spaces
You can get through these "windows" by ducking and then jumping/climbing through. It may take a while, and you might seem to get stuck in the wall for a while, but eventually you can get through...

Notes

• I have seen the "dreaded" torch-switch in the following dungeons: Sahuaganx Minster (Dwynnen), The House of Hearthhart (Dwynnen), Ruins of Old Vyctyn's Place (Dwynnen)
• "Brick-wall doors" can be a teleporter, nothing, or an instant-death trap. See my General Tips/Hints page for more details...
