Hi, I'm Karma! This picture was taken my first night at my new home. I'm just a little nervous, meeting everyone but Mom for the first time. They are all so nice, I know it won't take me long to settle in. So, besides Mom, there's Dad, and a big girl and a big boy, not sure what they are called yet. Girl squealed when she saw me. Kinda hurt my ears, but she hugged me and kissed me and promised me ribbons in my ears. We went to some kind of practice with Boy, so I was pretty tired when we got home. They say I'll be going to all the games, too. There's a cat here, too. Says his name is PorkChop. He's been here for a long time, he says. I bark at him when he comes near my crate, but not very loud. I think we'll be friends and play together before too long. He won't be able to withstand my charm and playfullness any more than the two-leggers do.
Mom has been wanting a dog for a long, long time! She hasn't had a dog for about 5 years. She says she's had all the big dogs she could want, and wanted a tiny dog this time. She's been checking all the shelters and rescue groups for months now. She said she knew when it was time the right dog would come to her, and sure enough, she was right! I love her! I follow her around the house all the time, and sit on her lap while she taps on that button thing. I go to work with her every day and greet everyone that comes in. I don't always let them pet me, though. Sometimes I do, but most times I don't. Mom says it is ok. My choice who gets to pet me!
