Seriously, people!
(Tuesday; September 26, 2006)
Could y'all please stop with the harsh remarks about Jeffrey Jones. It was
an incident that happen 3 years ago, why can't y'all let it go? Sure,
it was [and still is] wrong and I was heartbroken when I found out.
- I am pissed off at him for it and have often asked myself
"Why?" Now, had he taken it further, beyond the photos, then yes I
would have detached myself from him. I mean, here was a guy I looked
up to and when it happened, it really messed me up. It took me a long
time to forgive him. I realize he made a mistake [and a bad one at
that] He had a problem. Some can be helped, other can't. Some can be
cured, others can't.
-
I will continue to defend him, but keep in mind, I will agree with
what others say. Yes, he's lucky he's not in prison, but I think
prison time would have done some good. The majority of people have
probably blacklisted him because of it.
-
It baffles me that people like to drag things out when it comes to
celebrities. How many times has Michael Jackson been charged?
Definitely more than once
-
There are a lot of people who like to point fingers and lay the
blame, especially when it comes to celebrities [ie; Michael Jackson]
Just remember, when you're pointing a finger, there's three pointing
at you!

Hey buddy, I think you've got a lot of guts coming
out in support of a guy who's done something you have prior
experience of. If someone who's gone through what you have can come
out the other side and say 'Yeah, he did something, it was very
wrong, but I'm prepared to give him another chance!' That takes
courage.

- Hey, I think that what your doing is
great. I don't believe that everyone deserves redemption, but what
Jones did is definitely not as bad as some of the other things one
around the world, in fact one could say that it is pretty tame to
what's on the news at the moment. It takes a lot to forgive, and for
doing that I applaud you.
