Mr. Lee F. Yih was born in New York City to a father from Shanghai and a mother from Tienjing. He is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley (A.B.), Stanford Business School (MBA) and Dallas Theological Seminary (ThM.) After a stint in the U.S. Army, he has worked in the Investment Banking firms of Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Morgan Stanley.

In 1985 he brought his family to Hong Kong where they served as Tentmakers for 17 years, and most recently as the Managing Director of Kaplan Educational Center. Lee's wife, Miltinnie Yih has graduated from Stanford University (B.A.) and Columbia Teachers College (M.A.T.). Lee and Miltinnie have been married for 32 years and have three adult children.
