After the meeting, we'll eat and then have a music jam session.

Question... What are these meetings like? What goes on?

Answer... Just before the meeting we hold a short prayer in French and English and then the meeting is called to order. We then say the Pledge of Allegiance (in Cajun French) and English, and handle some club business like "old" and "New" subjects like "When, where and how the next events will take place. What the club is striving to do, and the members vote on these things. After conducting this business, we eat and enjoy real live music performed by all musicians wanting to "jam".

Question... Should you bring anything.

Answer: Many people bring a food dish and many musicians bring their instruments, you need only bring yourself and "pass a good time."
