As we begin the 2002-03 school year, the Lady Bulldogs are taking on a new attitude and work ethic under the direction of Coach Gordon Fountain. The Lady Bulldogs will set out to prove that they can match the success of the boys athletic program through dedication and hard work.

First up for the Lady Bulldogs will be cross country season, beginning in August. Garrison has several very successful cross country athletes and will use them as the nucleus to build a competitive team program in the sport.

Then get ready for a new brand of exciting full court basketball. Come see the lady Bulldogs as they take on all challengers in East Texas. You'll see "Unrelenting,in your face, all over the court, presure defense" and "Running, attacking, drive it down your throat, fast break offense" as the Lady Bulldog put that JAMOMIH attitude into play.

Adding to the experience of Coach Fountain will be Coach Lance Johnson, formerly the head girls basketball coach at ALto. Lance took the Alto girls to the playoffs in his first year as their coach and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the program.

Spring will bring the talents of Lady Bulldog Softball under Coach Prince, and Lady Bulldog track under the direction of Coach Johnson. Take advantage of the spring weather and come see these girls compete..
