Official CFFL Scoring System
Scoring-
-10 points for all touchdowns (thrown, ran, or caught)
-4 points for every 2 point conversion (thrown, ran, or caught)
-2 points for every PAT
-1 point for every 5 yards on a FG (no rounding up)
     (example: 49 yard FG = 9 points, 50 yard FG = 10 points)

Passing-
-1 point for every 25 yards passing (round up when within 5 yards)
     (example: 220 yards passing = 9 points, 240 yards passing also = 9points)
-subtract 3 points for every INT
-5 point bonus for 300+ passing yards

Rushing/Receiving-
-1 point for every 10 yards rushing/receiving (round up at 7 yards)
     (example: 87 yards = 9 points, 95 yards also = 9 points)
-5 point bonus for 100+ yards rushing or receiving

*to properly figure the rushing/receiving score you should add the player's rushing yards and receiving yards, round up (if applicable), then add the five point bonus (only if the player had 100+ in one category).

example: Tom Waddle WR had 125 yards receiving and 23 more yards rushing.  125+23=148 total yards.  148 yards = 15 points.  Add the 5 point bonus for 100+ yards receiving and Waddle has scored 20 points.

example 2:  Marshall Faulk RB had 98 yards rushing and 53 more yards receiving.  151 total yards = 15 points.  He would receive no 5 point bonus because he did not go over 100 yards in either category.

Defense- (new in 2007)
-subtract the total points allowed from 30
-10 points for all defensive touchdowns
-4 points for all safeties (even offensive holding in the end zone)
-5 point bonus for your team winning the game
-10 point bonus for a shutout

example: Texans-21, Lions-7.  The Texans gave up 7 points (23 points), won the game (5 points), and scored a defensive touchdown (10 points) for a total of 38 points.
