| What are our Resources? Our three main simulation packages are NEAT-CG, NEAT-OG and FASTE NEAT-CG is the cartesian grid version for fluid-flow analysis used for geometry such as that found in buildings, electronic boxes, etc NEAT-OG is the orthogonal grid version for flow analysis used for geometry such as that found in external aircraft configurations, internal engines, etc Both these versions operate by solving the governing differential equations for the flow physics by numerical means on a computational mesh. In the analysis section of the packages, the types of flow phenomena currently represented include: Steady and Transient - efficient, optimised finite-volume solution algorithms are used for each class Laminar and Turbulant Incompressible and Compressible Heat Transfer(Convection, Conduction and Radiation) Mass Transfer Chemical Reaction Distributed Resistances (Porous Media) Buoyancy and Rotation Dispersed Multi Phase Flows |
