CFD Consultancy Group (CFDCG) is an engineering consultancy and software company, founded in 2003, located in Surrey, United Kingdom and Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and operating mainly in the Gulf, East Africa and Southern Africa regions.
CFDCG provides flow simulation services, of a consultancy nature. Also included are consultancy services for experimental fluid mechanics and education programmes.
CFDCG has incorporated computational fluid dynamics techniques into three main packages, NEAT-CG, NEAT-OG and FASTE. The company also has many specialised packages for in-house use. The CG and OG in the first two package titles stand for the Cartesian Grid and the Orthogonal Grid versions. FASTE uses non-orthogonal, boundary fitted arbitrary numerical grids.
