The Atkins Surgical Hearing Institute is a clinic based in Celebration, FL. They have pioneered the next generation of hearing aids, through the use of their surgical implants.

After the logo design was approved by the clinic, Charles Fernandez then translated the two-dimensional image into 3-D. It was then used as the cover of their brochure.
