in the world, To our Arrow; - Live Thee Now, In our Hearts, In our memories- and In our Dreams,- For Now; Forever, - For all time, - 'till Eternity. |
CF-105 Avro Arrow, in the hopes of keeping the Dream Alive The Avro Arrow was a twin engine Supersonic fighter interceptor designed and built in Canada by A. V. ROE of Canada. A startling amount of people do not know of the Arrow's legacy, which is almost as sad as its eventual tragic demise. The Arrow project was cancelled and the beautiful planes were all destroyed and blowtorched to pieces by the Conservative Diefenbaker government. A large amount of controversy and questions still linger to this day over the order to scrap the project. - cf105
