Stanza II
whole stanza
This stanza tells what the Sun does to the writer. In order to be able to make the writer write not about herself, the sun unwillingly burns his colours in his hands; in other words, she, during the day, decreases the diversity of his thoughts to a single colour; black. Therefore the ink, what a writer needs most to write, is black and every written word is acerb as would be expected from the taste of something burnt.
Stanza III
whole stanza [from the mouth of the Sun]
The writer will not be able to write during the day because of what I(the sun) will do him but when as soon as the night comes he will redeem his strength and use his words against me (by dispraising, or by praising others like the court (other stars) and the mage of the death (moon)). His words will be sharp as sword for giving me as much pain as possible.
Couplet
whole couplet [from the mouth of the  Sun]
Whatever he does, seeing his face will be my cure. And for giving my lover back only with this much pain, I curse you; he will use ink for writing (suggesting the idea that he had not been using before) and for that reason, his art will lack colour and will be worse than it used to be.
