I wonder why people choose to drink
I hear people yelling
I see people crying
I want people to change

I pretend that none of this exists
I feel like I�m losing my mind
I touch the empty beer bottles
I worry about people making the wrong decisions
I cry about what they do to themselves

I understand that no one is perfect
I say I don�t want to go there
I dream my whole family is sober
I try to be strong and hang in there
