Appearance: More slender than skinny, really, Okinoeno is one of those people who just seem to get better with age. She is still the youngest member on Illaeri's Council. She has lightly tanned skin and almond-shaped, red-brown eyes. Her mahagony-colored hair is streaked with silvery-grey, and it is often braided, when it hangs to her shoulderblades. Her lower deer half has thin, reddish-brown fur and a silver belly and tailtip.
Personality: Okinoeno is quite patient and respectful of others. She is quite friendly and good-natured, and she is also very outgoing and generous. Kind-natured, she tends to think well of others, but she is not a fool nor a pushover, and she tries to be fair where she can.
