IC9200 Certification

This Standard looks at the way you plan and communicate customer requirements throughout your organisation. IC9200 is intended for use by small sized companies, as such it is a scaled down version of the full IC9700 certification program. It also has less features than IC9400. It is sometimes referred to as "Baby Sigma", a reference from "Lean Sigma" and "Six Sigma".

The standard evaluates a company on the processes in place and level of service provided.
