Marco Cerocchi foddes 1972 i italien, Han har studerat piano vid det ststliga konservatoriet "O.Respighi" i Latina, dar han under ledning av Maja Samargieva tog examen lovordad med hogsta msjliga betyg och vann stipendier tack vare sina akademiska meriter. Vid konservatoriet deltog han Sven i den ĺrliga kursen i kammarmusik hallen av Laura Manzini, seminariet  "Aspetti della letteratura pianistica di F.Chopin" under ledning av Sergio Cafaro och dessutom har han gatt en tvaariga utbilning for att fa undervisa.

 

Cerocchi har som aktiv elev deltagit i ett antal masterklasses  for olika internattionellt kanda pianister, bl.a:

I Cava de' Tirreni vid akademien "Jacopo Napoli" for Maja Samargieva, dar han under festivalen " Le Corti dell'Arte", mottog sitt diplom for sina musikaliska meriter.

I Sermoneta vid "Campus Internationale di Musica" inom den "XXXII Festival Pontino" for  Charles Rosen.

I Florens vid foreningen "Amici della  Musica" for Joaquin Achucarro, ( "academicus ad honorem" vid Accademia Chigiana i Siena).

I Bologna vid "Accademia Filarmonica" for Massimiliano Damerini.

I Rom  vid "Arts Academy" for Bruno Canino.

 

      1996 deltog Cerocchi i nationell pianoevenemang i Venedig i Palazzo Labia, understodd  av Gran Teatro"La Fenice", en arlig evenemang reserverad for unga pianister diplomerade 1995 fran italiens statliga Konservatorier.

Aret 1998, da Stockholm var"Kulturhuvudstad i Europa", spelade Marco solistkonserter pa piano i Storkyrkan inom ramen for festivalen "Sommar i Storkyrkan 98".

Marco holl aven pianokonserter i aulan vid Italienska Kulturinstitutet "C.M.Lerici", inom ramen for kulturella evenemang arrangerade av samma institut.

Aret 1998, Han spelade solistkonserter pa piano i Aulan (Auditorium) Temppelinaukio i Helsinki, for kulturella Association "Finlandia-Italia".

I Bucharest, Han spelade solistkonserter i Muzeul National de Muzic"George Enescu";

in Sophia (Bulgaria) at the Residence of the Italian Embassy, within a cultural event promoted in collaboration with the National Gallery of Arts of Bulgaria. A tournče in Denmark, where He played at the Auditorium of the Italian Cultural Institute in Copenhagen and at the Department of Music of the Aarhus University, in collaboration with the Dante Alighieri Society. A tournče in South America: in Quito (Ecuador) a piano recital at the “Las Camaras” Hall and the direction of a Master class for the National Conservatory of the capital. In Asunciňn (Paraguay), at the “Salňn de Honor” of the prestigious Centenario Club, in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, whithin the Festa d’Italia 2001 event; in addition, He directed two Master Classes for the Dante Alighieri Association and got an interview at the Nandutě National Radio Broadcasting 107.7 Fm-Concertos, in which They broadcasted some of the Cerocchi’s performances; in La Paz (Bolivia), a piano-recital in the “Palacio Chico”, headquarter of the Vice-Ministry of Culture.

      

            Outside  his  artistic  activity,  since  1996,  Cerocchi  has also studied   Modern Literatures- Music History Division at “La Sapienza - University” of Roma, in which he graduated, in July 2001, with the best scores cum laude. In 1998, thanks to a European Socrates scholarship, He attended the “ Stockholms Universitet ” (Sweden).

Moreover, for the next academic Year, He has been awarded a Teaching Assistantship and the admission to a  Master at the “ Florida State University ” (U. S.A.).
