| PallaPalla is named for the second largest asteroid in the asteroid belt; Pallas. In Greek/Roman Mythology: Pallas, also known as Athena, was the goddess of wisdom. She symbolized ambition In greek legend, Pallas was also called Tritogeneia, which means born of Trition, or the roaring flood. This explains PallaPalla's Senshi counterpart, Sailor Mercury. PallaPalla carries a blue cue ball. There is a stone called Amazonite, which is probably where Naoko got the idea from. In the Manga, PallaPalla becomes one of the Asteroid Senshi, Sailor Pallas, one of the protectors of Sailor Chibi Moon. |
