| I was watching my two sons playing the other day and it occured to me just how hard they were working. For children, play IS work...it's how they go about learning about the world and themselves. As adults we seem to have forgotten the value of play. We attend meetings and/or sit in classrooms and get information stuffed down our throats. We forget that we learn best when we play. And so, for me, play is of utmost importance. Here are some of the games that I really enjoy, both for what they teach me and the pleasure I get from the playing of them. |
