Earth our Mother;  Earth our womb;
Blessed Sister;  Earth our tomb.
Born and reborn of green, of leaf;
Of sky and tree;  of beach and reef--
Blessed be She who births,
Sacred Mother, Mother Earth.

To this fire, we bring our hearts;
Bring blessings and gratitude--
Gratitude for all that we are given.
We are thy children,
Thy firstborn; twiceborn;
Born and reborn,
Reborn in endless cycles;
Cycles of sacrifice.
Sacrificial offerings we fling into this fire--
To this fire, we bring our hearts....
