The lawn in the east side during early spring.
This is the house seen from the west before the roses bloom around the abies
This is another view from the northwest this time. The eucalyptus covers the east side.
The Old Entrance is full of flowers in the spring and summer. Above the door is a part of an ancient Greek kion.
This is a view of the arch our trees create in the estate's western side.
Here you can get a glimpse of the garden at the back with its red roses and yellow sparta flowers. On the left you can see my mother's rosebushes.
In late May, the house is at its best with the roses blooming round the Small Garden and on each side of the Main Entrance. The sunshine also adds to the building's natural glow.

This photo, apart from highlighting the pink & red carpet of my mother's flowers also offers a view of the hills and forest northwest of our house. You can also get a better view of the Lower Main Entrance.
Our country house may be situated on the mountains but it is only a short drive away from the Euboean Gulf and its famous beaches. Here is one of our favourite beaches with pebbles, pine trees and very clear waters.
The Northern side of the estate..

Here is a closer look at the Old Entrance which is decorated by my mother's geraniums and the ancient kion.
