Since human beings became conscious of our individuality we wonder what is further of where our senses reach.

Different traditions found answers in those elements that felt near to their culture. Some make it adoring the sun, others to their ancestors, but all have felt that "something invisible" guides their life, that we are not alone.

What is that "something invisible"?

Here of course we enter in the personal beliefs of each one and since it is never negative to get to know different points of view, we simply expose some facts based on our own experience. Although we always think that it is important to check everything that we are told, and do not believe in something we do not feel.

Starting with the basic idea that life continues after death, next question is to think first what part of ourselves continues and second if it is possible the communication, the contact.

Think for a moment in what joins you to the people that you love, to your partner, to your family. Love that you feel for them, makes that you want to be near them, help them, share experiences, emotions. Love moves our life, it is what gives us illusion, the will of living, of making, of creating.

It is the engine, it is the energy that makes us feel us alive and as energy that is, is indestructible and this love that we felt for our beloved is something that lasts together with us after our physical death.

This loving energy makes that once we have passed away, we want to continue in contact, in the same way that we do it when we have a physical body. But we can no longer rely on the physical ways that permit us that communication, it means, with the five senses.

Despite of these barriers, from the physical world is possible that communication. We should use other senses beside these five ones..

These other senses are those that mediums use in their communications with the Spirit World. And if mediums can do it, everybody is capable of doing it. It is just a matter of developing those senses.

Mediums have developed, in a natural or acquired way, a sensibility that allows them to see, hear or feel beings that other people can not.

For example, imagine a radio that could only syntonize half wave. There are emissions made from modulated frequency or from short wave, but as our radio only receives half wave, we will not hear these emissions.

First we should prepare our radio to receive these other frequencies. There will be radios that are prepared from the beginning to receive all the waves and these will listen to all the emissions.

Mediums are people with that capacity already developed to receive other emissions that other people can not receive.

If you desire to develop that capacity you will have to prepare your body and especially your mind to make them sensitive to perceive these frequencies.

A medium is nothing more than a channel. A communication channel with the Spirit World, inspired in the love that unites both worlds.
