We have talked about the Spirit Guides, about mediums and the communication channels, about how they help us in our necessities and in our spiritual development.

At this point we would like to write about what for us, from Serendipity, means to be spiritual.

There are many ways of living a spiritual life. It is not necessary to live in a monastery or isolated in a cave.

It is in your daily life where you should develop your spirituality, with your family, with your beloved people. I remember once after concluding a workshop, a teacher told us, "Now it is where it begins the real course, in the daily reality of each one, where you should practice everything you have learned."

When all the circunstances that surround us are favorable, it surely will be very easy to be spiritual. But what happens when in our live everything is not of rose color, what happens if your labor situation is not the one you want, or your relationships does not work?

Many times we collapse in these situations and we allow ourselves to drag by them, making more and more difficult any solution.

We can only prove our inner strength against the adversities, when it is really necessary to take out the best of ourselves.

To be spiritual means to give the best of us, being a mirror where people can look at and learn. It means to take the commitment to help in the best way that we can.

Using our capacities and develop them, trying always to improve them.

Be negative and that will be what will come to your life.

You should leave each one to take the responsibility of their own life. We do not help them at all, doing things they should be doing. A baby will never learn to walk if we do not let him do it alone. You will help if you teach the baby how to stand up and walk without falling off.

Remember that you have the power of your life.

If there is something in it that you do not like, change it. Changing is not easy or difficult, everything depends from what angle is looked at.

Think that you are creating your life every day. We could tell you many more things, but all of them summarize in one:
