On November 7, 1907, four men created the greek letter fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi. Alexandar Frank Makay, Alfred Moysello, Henry Albert Tienken, and Harold Valentine Jacbos established the fraternity at New York University's School of Commerce, Accounts, and Finance. Since its founding, Delta Sigma Pi has initiated over 173,000 members in over 243 collegiate chapters.

The Central Office of the fraternity is currently located in the building adjacent to the Miami University Office in Oxford, Ohio. Delta Sigma Pi continues to expand each year, not only in the number of chapters and members, but also in its scope of activities and influence in the world of business.
