[Fade up to a panoramic shot of the family arena]
[The lights dim and over the speakers a voice can be heard calling out the words...] [VOICE]: TONIGHT WE DINE TOGETHER IN HELL PAGE: And HERE WE GO!!! [Moments later, "Always" by Saliva hits the loudspeakers...] [DIAMOND LOU]: And now...entering the ring, from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, weighing in at 225 pounds... Authority member..... JEFF KUSHNERRRRRRRRR!! [Kushner stands before the crowd with his head bowed, simply listening to the deafening noise and loud music vocals.]
[As the song hits the first chorus, a massive blast of fireworks shoot out in a circle formation surrounding Jeff at the top of the ramp, now staring out at the fans.]
[The lights raise with a huge blast of pyros from all across the entrance, and as usual the stare of concentration on his face is like stone.]
[The crowd is pumped as Kushner begins his walk down the ramp. His black cargo pants now match his brand new Authority "You Can't Fight This" T-shirt he now adorns.]
[The music however is cut short as Blackwell comes blasting out from the entrance way, and blindsides Kushner with a punch with his black traditional shoot gloves.] [PAGE]: Blackwell catches Kushner with those loaded gloves of his, but there's nothing that can be done, because the match hasn't even started yet. [MCCOY] You don't know those gloves are loaded, that's just a bunch of speculation. [PAGE]Try telling that to Kushner who is laid out on the concrete surrounding the ring. [Blackwell climbs on top of Kushner and starts wailing away with those gloves (which are loaded by the way). Kushner puts his arms up in front of his face trying to deflect the majority of the damage that Blackwell could do. Meanwhile Ripper strolls out from behind the curtain and stands at the top of the ramp to watch the action down below. He wears his traditional shark grin, obviously happy with the actions of his latest protg.] [MCCOY] Ripper has no business being out here at all. It's only going to further infuriate the Authority. And they're likely already pretty pissed off after Marshall's latest course of actions. [PAGE] All part of the Loose Cannon's plan. [Finally Kushner manages to use his leg strength to roll Blackwell off of him, and get to his feet. Blackwell just smiles, and motions for Kushner to enter the ring. Kushner doesn't trust Blackwell, and tells the former Southern Comfort member to enter first. Blackwell obliges, and as Kushner rolls into the ring after him. Like a mountain lion, Blackwell pounces and begins stomping away at the prone Kushner. Since both men are technically in the ring, Waters calls for the bell signifying the official start of the match.] [DING DING] [Before Blackwell can do too much damage Waters puts himself between the two men, and orders Blackwell to remove the gloves. Blackwell obliges and throws the gloves into a corner. Blackwell makes his way over towards Kushner and helps him up. Kushner is ready however, and jumps up sending a knee into Blackwell's midsection. Kushner uses his speed to navigate himself behind Blackwell, before hitting a release German suplex, sending Blackwell flying into the middle of the ring.] [MCCOY] If Blackwell's attack before this match had any affect on Kushner it's now showing now. [PAGE] Blackwell is just letting Jeff get over-confident and then he'll strike. All stuff Ripper has taught him, I'm sure. [Kushner makes his way to the downed Blackwell, but Blackwell sends his forearm up between Kushner's legs.] [PAGE] LOW BLOW by Blackwell. He should be disqualified immediately. [MCCOY] Quit being such a spoil sport. [Blackwell uses his advantage to quickly snap suplex Kushner back down to the ground. But as Blackwell tries to capitalise on that move, Kushner manages to flapjack him across the top rope. As Davidson bounces back he wraps his arm around Kushner's neck, and uses his momentum to DDT Kushner. Both men now take a moment to catch their breath. [PAGE] What an exchange of moves there by these two men. And this match already appears to be taking it's toll on them. [Blackwell manages to get to his feet, just as Kushner kips up. The two men engage in an intense staredown, before locking up in a collar elbow tie up.] [MCCOY] Perhaps you spoke too soon. [Blackwell uses his strength advantage to get Kushner into a headlock, and he goes for a bulldog, but Kushner manages to plant a foot, and reverse it into a back suplex. He rolls onto Blackwell for the cover.] [ONE... [TWO... [PAGE] Blackwell kicks out after two, but I think he could have kicked out at one, he's just preserving his strength. [MCCOY] Of course he is. There's no way Kushner could even get a two count on Blackwell, not even with "Fast Count" Waters as the ref. [Kushner hauls Blackwell to his feet, and Irish whips him off the far turnbuckle. Blackwell easily ducks under Kushner's clothesline attempt. On the return, Blackwell tries for a clothesline, but Kushner ducks it. Crossing again, Kushner drops for the back body drop, but Blackwell sees it and leapfrogs over Jeff. This time Blackwell goes for the back body drop, but Kushner leaps over, but he catches Blackwell's legs and rolls him up for a pin.] [ONE... [TWO... [MCCOY] Again, Blackwell with an easy kickout. Kushner's gonna have to work a lot harder than that if he hopes to beat Jeremiah. [Both men back up, and now they're circling one another. Blackwell charges at Kushner fists flying. Kushner manages to deflect a few blows, but eventually Blackwell connects with a hard right, which staggers Kushner back a few steps. Blackwell charges in with a clothesline.] [PAGE] My god, Blackwell nearly took Kushner's head off with that one. And now he's putting the boots to the downed Torontonian. [Kushner manages to roll to the corner, and pull himself into a seated position, but this only allows Blackwell more room to stomp away. Eventually Waters, separates, the two men, allowing Kushner to pull himself to his feet using the ropes. Blackwell charges into the corner, but Kushner side-steps, and rolls Blackwell up with a schoolboy.] [ONE... [PAGE] Another forceful kickout by Blackwell. He's not taking the time to rest any more. He's sending a message to Kushner, that it's going to take more than a schoolboy to pin him. [MCCOY] It's gonna take more than Kushner to pin him. [Blackwell is the first to his feet, and it's obvious that Kushner is still a little shaken from the stomps. Blackwell quickly lifts Kushner up, before slamming him onto his leg with an inverted atomic drop. With Kushner down, Blackwell drops a quick elbow across Jeff's throat, and then locks him in a reverse headlock. Kushner starts struggling as the oxygen is being cut from his lungs. Waters asks Kushner if he wants to give up...Kushner says no.] [PAGE] Blackwell is really gonna wear down Kushner with this reverse headlock here. And if he can wear down the high-flyer he's got a great chance of walking away with that TV title. [MCCOY] Chance?? He's gonna win. No doubt about it. [Kushner determined to prove Page wrong, begins arching his body. Blackwell is forced to stand up but he still keeps that reverse headlock cinched tight.] [PAGE] Kushner manages to get up off the mat, but I don't know what he plans on doing from this position. [Blackwell is sick of toying with Kushner, as he simply drops back down to the mat in what can only be described as a reverse DDT. Blackwell promptly brings Kushner back up, still keeping that reverse headlock on, and repeats the move again, this time releasing the hold.] [PAGE] Blackwell could possibly get the pin here, but it looks like he wants to toy with Kushner some more. I don't know if that's a smart move. [MCCOY] Of course it's a smart move. Everything Blackwell does is a smart move. [In the ring, Blackwell has hauled Kushner to his feet, and left him standing in the centre of the ring. He looks really dazed.] [MCCOY] I don't think Kushner even realises where he is. [Blackwell manoeuvres himself so that he's a few steps behind Kushner. He runs and grabs Kushner's head on the way, and bulldogs him across the top rope. Kushner clutches at his neck as he falls backwards onto the mat. Blackwell then proceeds to stomp away at Kushner, his stomps obviously aimed at Kushner's neck.] [PAGE] Blackwell is trying to kill Kushner. He's trying to break his neck. [MCCOY] Good. Then this world would be one idiot shorter. [Waters breaks up the stomping, and checks on Kushner, to make sure he doesn't want to give up. Kushner shakes his head, indicating that he doesn't. He manages to get to his feet, where Blackwell comes charging in with a running lariat attempt, but Kushner ducks out of the way, and manages to drop toe hold Blackwell to the mat.] [PAGE] Blackwell went for the Round-up, but Kushner saw it the whole way, and managed to reverse it. Hopefully he'll be able to capitalise on this now. [Kushner backs up a few steps, allowing Blackwell to get to his feet, but just as he does, Kushner charges in and drop kicks Blackwell's knees out from underneath him. Kushner promptly locks in a figure four on Blackwell. [PAGE] That's one of the best figure fours in the business. When Kushner locks that in, he really locks it in tight. But Blackwell if fairly close to the ropes, if he can summon up the strength he should be able to force Kushner to realise the hold. [MCCOY] What do you mean "IF he can summon up the strength"? Do you forget your talking about Jeremiah Blackwell. That boy has strength by the bountiful. [Kushner has realised how close Blackwell is to the ropes, and is trying as hard as he can to keep him away, as it's a tug of war in the ring. Both men are trying to use their leg strength combined with leverage from their arms to pull the other man in their direction. Eventually Kushner slips, and Blackwell manages to reach out and grab the ropes. Kushner releases the hold. Kushner again backs up allowing Blackwell to get to his feet, this time using the ropes for help. Kushner charges in, but Blackwell sidesteps, and uses Jeff's momentum to throw him over the top rope. Blackwell turns and laughs at the booing crowd, but what he doesn't realize is that Jeff managed to catch the top rope, and pull himself back onto the ring apron. Kushner now stands facing Blackwell, and he whistles to get his attention. As Blackwell turns Kushner jumps up to the top rope, and launches himself off with a hurricarana.] [PAGE] WOW. What a display of athleticism shown by Jeff Kushner, and Blackwell is down again. [As Blackwell gets to his knees Kushner charges in and sends a flurry of kicks to Blackwell's midsection, and a few to his face.] [PAGE] A lot of people don't realise but Kushner has a decent amount of training in the martial arts, so those kicks are really doing some damage to Blackwell. [Blackwell retreats to the corner. Kushner comes in and helps Blackwell to his feet. He Irish Whips him face first into the opposite corner, and as he bounces back, Kushner scoops him into a Back suplex position, before dropping him in the centre of the ring. Kushner now goes to the top rope.] [PAGE] Kushner's gonna fly. Wait a minute... [Kushner launches himself in a flying headbutt.] [PAGE]...Blackwell's glove isn't in the corner anymore. [As Kushner comes down, Blackwell reaches up and punches him across the temple, and sure enough he's wearing the loaded glove.] [PAGE] MY GOD KUSHNER'S OUT COLD! AND BLEEDING FROM THE TEMPLE. [Blackwell goes for the cover. Waters drops to make the count.] [ONE... [TWO... [Waters gets up and calls for the bell.] [DING DING] [MCCOY] What happened? He didn't count the three. [DIAMOND LOU] Ladies and Gentlemen, the referee has Disqualified Jeremiah Blackwell. Therefore your winner and still CSWA TV champion....JEEEEFFFFFFF KUUUUUUUUSSSSSHHHHHHHHNEEEEEERRRR!!! [PAGE] Waters must have seen the glove on Blackwell's hand. My god...justice has been served!! [MCCOY] Justice? You call that justice. He was counting the pin, and he stopped. You can't do that. Blackwell should be champion. [PAGE] Doesn't matter now, as Jeff Kushner retains. Folks we'll be right back after these words from our sponsors. [Fade to a commercial for Blockbuster Video with a shot of Blackwell standing over Kushner while Ripper grins evilly at the top of the rampway]
