| Biography | Quinn was born on February 29th, 1977 in New York City, New York. Ron and Allyson Tate were his proud parents. Ron was a beat cop for the bulk of his 20 year career, spending the last five years as a Lieutenant for the traffic division. Allyson was a waitress in a diner before Quinn's older brother Ray was born. Quinn was the third and last of the Tate children, the "baby" of the bunch. Ron and Allyson were great parents, so unlike many people, he doesn?t blame the problems of his life on them. As a kid, Quinn was always a trouble maker. He was insanely jealous of the fact that his older sister Alyssa got the bulk of the attention not only from his parents but from just about everyone else. The trouble wasn't anything serious, just anything to get even a few seconds of attention. Quinn was never the biggest guy, nor the strongest, but his heart is without question. He went out for the football team, only to be cut. The very next year he went out again, only to be cut yet again. The third year he went out and made the team, but spent the season riding the pine, even the cheerleaders gave him no respect. It wasn't that he was ugly or a wuss, he just lacked the charisma to attract members of the opposite sex. That is until he met Emily, near the end of his third year he met Emily and the two were inseparable. Emily was a cheerleader, a beautiful one at that, on top of that she was school vice president and on every girls? team there was. Quinn loved running his hands through her honey blond hair while staring deeply into her baby blues. She has all the right curves in all the right places, this was obviously a factor in the attraction, but a secondary one. Quinn felt a connection to her, something beyond just love. Well apparently Emily?s father didn?t know the meaning of inseparable when he moved the family to Phoenix at the end of that year. Quinn was devastated. So much so that he didn?t go out for the football team the next year. Senior year was spent moping and feeling sorry for himself. Academically, he was a straight A student, socially he became a recluse. A scholar, naturally Quinn could have went to any university or college he wanted to really. However, Quinn decided to attend police college; after three years he graduated top of his class with honours and was the class valedictorian. The downside of such a feat was that he was still socially inept. So at 21 years old he signed on with the NYPD. Quinn's career bloomed, some suggested that it was due to his father, but Quinn was never even in the traffic division. The first year, Quinn spent at the desk, the next year he was "promoted" to beat cop. Quinn spent a year as a beat cop, nothing out of the ordinary happened to him. This disquieted the young man. One night, things changed for Quinn Tate?s career. A group of thugs decided to "challenge" his authority, Quinn was shot 3 times before he managed a shot as he fell to the ground. The gang left him for dead, but he wasn't dead. All three bullets pierced his flesh but after spending 6 months in the hospital and physical therapy he was back at precinct 713. Quinn ignored his lieutenant, he hunted down the gang and arrested each and every member of the gang. The captain took notice and promoted Quinn to detective in the gang division. For a year and a half Quinn had more arrests than anyone else during that time period. This was great except for one thing. Quinn did not treat those he arrested nicely, in fact he was reprimanded so many times for excessive force that his captain was forced to put him on leave for an unspecified time period. What was Quinn to do? He was 23 and outside of the force, he really didn't have any friends. Working out became his life, Quinn got into great shape physically and got noticed one night at a bar. Quinn was spotted by a small time indy promoter who watched as Quinn decimated his top draw; apparently Quinn had arrested this man's brother months before. He quickly picked up wrestling, he began to focus on the technical aspect. Quinn even went as far as to hire a personal trainer to work on his submission holds as well as his wrestling maneuvers. By year end, there was no one left on the roster for him to beat. Though no one was ever permanently hurt by Quinn, he sidelined several other wrestlers for months at a time. Outside of the ring, Quinn is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, once he rolls into that ring he just snaps. He explodes into a fury and does his best to put on a show and beat his opponent at the same time. With the help of his personal trainer Rayne, he won every belt in the fed and was so comfortable in his reign that he became bored and was forced to seek bigger challenges. He also recently spent some time at TCWA and in the gym of Xanubis training. |

| Manager Bio | Rayne was always given the best from birth. Her parents even went as far as to stay in an American hospital to insure quality medical care during Rayne?s last months in the womb. She attended private elementary and high schools, the finest that could be found in Connecticut. Literally, she was spoiled rotten, given anything a child could ever want. Including a laptop, which led to the creation of Galadriel. Sufficient to say, years of computer studies through both levels of schooling led to the creation of one of the best hackers in the world. This coupled with the fact that Rayne would not hesitate to use her "charms" on weak minded male hackers to learn their secrets, made her a threat to anyone owning a computer. Rayne was always on every sports team, at the top of her class and friends and family loved her. Of course that was all an act, Rayne was not only a cyber-criminal but a pick pocket. In her senior year she was nearly caught transferring funds and decided to end her reign of cyber-terror, at least for a while. Rayne could have went to any school in the U.S., but to escape her parents she decided on Queens in Kingston, Ontario, Canada. She continued her thieving ways throughout university before graduating with a degree in Kinesiology. Of course, no one ever suspected her and if they did, she turned on the charm. No man has ever been able to resist her patented 'puppy dog' innocent look. At 22, Rayne moved to New York, told her parents to shove their money and began living on her own. She was independently wealthy thanks to her computer crimes, yet when she was mugged she became angry at the whole world. Rayne bought new stuff and began another cyber-crime spree. Her favourite trick being changing porn links, male to female and vice versa. During 98, her spree came to a halt when she pick pocketed the wrong man. Quinn Tate was the first to be able to resist her charms. This was ironically just before Quinn Tate was shot by a gang. Why Douji became interested in the pair is a mystery. Rumour has it that not only did he bail Rayne out and get her cleared of all charges, but he was also rumoured to be the one responsible for the shooting of Tate. Douji knew Tate would make a good wrestler, he survived three gun shots, he could survive a wrestling match. The pair needed a cover for their underground operations. Tate became a miserable scumbag outside of the wrestling spotlight. He sold any and everything from drugs to women to cars to weapons. |
