Lisa Sullivan: Getting It All In
Worthington Hills Elementary
This workshop will focus on all aspects of the Schulwerk in the short amount of time that we are given with students. Activities will be presented that offer efficient ways to include speech, singing, movement, instruments, inprovisation, & composition into our elementary music classrooms! Recorder materials will be presented so bring a soprano recorder. National Standards will also be addressed.

Steven Calantropio: Orff Process & Elemental Style
Worthington Hills Elementary
The Music for Children volumes of Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman provide educators with quality music examples that can be taught using sequential process teaching techniques. This workshop will focus on defining the nature of elemental music styles and how teachers can find appropriate teaching techniques that will help them in their classrooms. Please bring a soprano recorder.
