Welcome to the COA home page. We are a 71 year old referee association, located in Chicago. Having over 350 members, our association exists to train officials in the proper mechanics and rules knowledge in football, basketball, and wrestling. Our members are represented in the NFL, NBA, Division 1 Football and Basketball Conferences, as well as local high schools in the metropolitian area surronding Chicago.
