Central Minnesota Volkssports Club Presents
an AVA Special Program:

Walking America's
Artistic Heritage
The Walking America's Artistic Heritage AVA Special Program is intended to encourage walkers to educate themselves about the distinctly American historical contributions to the world of musical art forms such as blues, jazz, rock & roll, and country music as well as 3-D art movements, theater, dance, etc. and the performing organizations whose talented musicians and actors enrich the American artistic landscape.

Receive standing ovation as a Patron of the Arts with participation in 25 different sanctioned events where the route passes an active or historic community theatre, opera house, or fine arts museum; the previous or current home of an organized ensemble (orchestra, band, chorale, troupe, repertory, company, etc.); site of an historic, annual, or pivotal art fair or musical "happening" or festival; designated or named artistic area or venue; or home or statue of an American composer, playwright, or performing artist.
If you find the connection, it counts.
Cost of book:  $10.00

The Artistic Heritage AVA Special Program starts January 1, 2009 and continues until December 31, 2011.
