During FFA week in 1975, the entire school went into the gym to learn what FFA is all about. One of the activities was to watch a livestock judging contest. Four boys, including Mr. Tom Horstick, played the bulls, and the girls were showing them. In 1976, Mr. Horstick was serving as the Central Heights FFA Chapter President. This year, Mr. Horstick decided to come back to Central Heights for the high school principal job, and has shown a lot of support for our chapter. |

| In 1974, Central Heights had its first FFA Chapter. The first advisor was Mr. Benjamen followed by Mr. Bob Welch, Mr. Dan Parks, Mr. Royce Powelson, Mr. Jon Johnson, and finally Mr. Brandon Barr. |
