Facts and Mistakes About

1. Have you noticed that from seasons 1-3 the apt. # for Monica and Joey's was 4,5 then from seasons 4-8 it changed to 19,20? It is weird, maybe I missed the episode were the change apt numbers, but I thought I saw every episode!

2. From seasons 1-6 they spelled Joey's real life name in the beginning credits as Matt Le Blanc, then they started to spell it as Matt LeBlanc. Notice the space.

3. Another time, in the beginning credits, the spelled all the actors and producers last names as Arquette! That was a huge mistake, and so noticeable! Arquette is actually Courtney Cox's new last name since she was married to David Arquette. I even have proof! I had to work one time w/ my brother and asked my mom to tape "Friends" for me, and when I saw it, the whole beginning credits was filled with the last name ARQUETTE!!!*Actually, someone told me that the producers did that on purpose b/c it was like a joke that Courtney got married and her name changed, so it was supposed to catch people's attention.

4. Also, you know that episode where Phoebe makes out with this scientist guy who eventually goes to Minsk. They made out in his laboratory where the Minsk guy throws all the stuff on the floor. Well, that was in the same building in which Phoebe's grandmother's memorial was in. (You know her grandma dies in the grocery store) LOL.

5. You know Joey's agent Estelle Leonard? Well, she played another character in the first couple of seasons in the series. She was a nurse in the hospital. You know when Joey has like bladder problems or something and shes there. (That is the same episode when Carol gives birth to Ben and she his her nurse too). You again see that same actress playing Joey's acting agent in later seasons.

6. Remember when Phoebe went out on the street outside Central Perk to sing for money? Now, do you remember the guy who dropped a condom in her case by mistake? Well, that's the same actor that plays Phoebe's half brother Frank!

7. Monica introduces Rachel to Chandler as if they never met before. But in TOW The Thanksgiving Flashbacks, Monica seems to now they have met from her flashback!

8. According to Marta Kauffman, The Friends co-creator, Jack Geller is Jewish but Judy Geller isn't. Ross and Monica inherited their religion from their father.

9. Ross's ex-wife and her lesbian life partner are based on Marta Kauffman's daughter's godmothers.

10. In TOW The Fake Monica, the casting directors at Joey's audition in the last scene are none other than Friends creators Marta Kauffman, Kevin S. Bright and David Crane. They have appeared in a couple of other episodes too, this was just one of them.

11. This one I think was maybe from season 5 or 6, the mistake is in 8. Well, you know that episode with the pizzas, and like Ross can't flirt with that pizza delivery girl, Rachel loses Monica's earings, and Joey's grandma is the only one in the family who believes in him, but the show he was acting in, they cut off his scene, so he videotaped himself. Lol, well, anywayz the grandma calls him fat. And then Joy says that he weighed 27 pounds when he was born (that is why she called him "My Fat Joey"). Then, in the eighth season, 809 TOW The Rumor (Brad Pitt guest stars, Thanksgiving special) Monica doesn't believe that Joey could finish almost an entire turkey by himself, and Joey sees it and says "It's like me when I was born", well babies are supposed to weigh maybe 19 lbs or less. Before, he mentioned that he was fat and weighed 27 lbs in the previous seasons? Notice that mistake.

12. Recently, I noticed that Dina Tribiani (Joey's pregnant sister) her real life name is Marla Sokoloff, she has the same last name as the guy who provided the music to The Rembrandts theme song for FRIENDS "I'll Be There For You". Maybe they picked her b/c of the relationship. LOL

13. In episode 119 "The One Where The Monkey Gets Away", marcel poops in Monica's show. You get to see what Monica's shoes look like when Rachel disovers the "poo". In the next scene when the gang returns, if you look closely at Monica's feet you'll see that she is wearing the very same shoes as the ones that Marcel pooped in. However, Monica just returned from her night out so therefore there is no way she could be wearing those shoes.

14. You know famous peephole the peephole frame @ Monica's was originally a mirror but one of the crew broke it. It was temporarily hung on the door but Greg Grande, set designer, decided it looked good on the door and left it.

15. In episode 806: TOW The Halloween Party,
Monica says that Chandler's favorite book as a child was The Velveteen Rabbit but in TOW the Dirty Girl Chandler says that Kathy's favorite book was The Velveteen Rabbit. They never said anything about The Velveteen Rabbit being his favorite book too.

16. In "The One Where Joey Dates Rachel" after Chandler had been playing the video game all day he takes claims his handisstcuk in the "claw" position, but prior to that he had been moving it around with ease, also after he says his hand is messd up, he moves it around again.

17. Did you notice the change of chairs and the table in Monica's apt's kitchen? They almost look the same but they are actually different. If you look back to maybe season 3, you see that Monica had a purple chair, and some different kinds of chairs, now if you look at season 6 maybe, she doesn't have that chair anymore. Also, I think the table used to be a light brown, now it's white/beige. The red and white square sheet that was on the couch and love seat isn't there anymore either. You know why? It's because someone once stole the chairs and table, and more. Then of course the crew had to get some new things. I wonder if they stole the peephole, because thats the famous thing a lot of people notice. They used to have the props and couch, table, etc out there when they finished a taping. Now, they put everything awat after each show because of what happened. I read that I think last year in a website where this person explains his NBC tour. When he/she saw the 'Friends' set he wondered why most of the things weren't there. The tour guide later explained why.

18. Alright, this mistake is from recent episodes. You know in episode 804-"TOW Rachel's Date" well, on her date with the actor who plays with Joey, she wore that black dress that she thought might be slutty, and Ross yelled out that it was, lol, anywayz, in episode 812-"TOW Joey Dates Rachel" she wears that same dress! You might notice the curly black piece from it that is next to the neck. Does she wear that dress to every date? Or are the costume designers that cheap to get new clothing for the cast. LOL.

19. In episode 502 "TOW all the kissing" When Monica and Chandler first lean in to kiss you notice that Monica's hair is completely dry. Seconds later just before Joey enters the room Monica's hair is soaking wet even though she didnt go under the water yet.

20. In episode 405,"TOW Joey's New Girlfriend," they say Rachel's b-day is May 5. So then how come her b-day party is in season 7 that was so far before Monica & Chandler's wedding which was on May 15.

21. Also, in Episode 722, "TOW Rachel's Dad," the cop notices when looking at Rachel's license that's she's an aquarius. That's January-February. Not in may.

22. In the episode where Phoebe massages Monica, Monica and Phoebe are arguing because Monica wont let Phoebe massage her and Monica says it would be to weird and stuff, but in the one when Jason Alexander guest stared, Phoebe tells Monica that she has only massage two people this year and they were the worst tippers in the world and then Monica says that was me and ross. So, she has obviously massaged her before.

23. And, the episode "TOW In Masapequa" when Joey and Phoebe are talking you can see Monica get up to do her speech twice. Bad editing I guess.

24. Did you know that some suggested show titles for "Friends was: "Friends Like Us", "Across the Hall", and "Life in the West Village". Later on, "Friends Like Us" was shortened to "Friends".

25. When Monica answers the phone she says it's Megan claiming that she booked the "Swing Kings" on the day of Chandler & Monica's wedding (May 15). However earlier in the episode Megan said her wedding was July 25. True, she definately doesn't have them booked for HER wedding but then what are the chances of her having another big event that requires a band on the EXACT same day as C&M's wedding? Monica should have figured this detail out before giving away her dress. It would have been hilarious had Megan's plan backfired and left Monica with the dress AND the band.

26. In 204 TOW Phoebe's Husband, where everyone finds out about different things about the other friends, Chandler lets it slip that the underwear on the power line is Monica's, as she's having sex with Fun Bobby on the terrace. Then, on 813 TOW Chandler takes a bath, Chandler makes a comment about him and Monica having sex on the terrace, and monica won't hear of it...

27. Episode: 108 The One Nana Dies Twice, Joey said he never thought Chandler was gay, but then In TOW the Flashback when he first moves in, he tells Chandler that he is ok with the whole gay thing!

28. Have you ever noticed that the clock in Monica and Chandler's apartment always says 4:00? It's by the refrigerator. Check it out next time you watch Friends!

29. You know how Joey used to act on Days of Our Lives? Well, Joey lives in New York and Days is filmed in California. So... unless he travels that fast... Thats just something I've always thought when I saw Joey acting on Days.
