Terms and Conditions
Below are the Terms and Conditions regarding the various services/consultations  provided by CENTRAL DOCUMENT CONSULTANTS:



INITIAL CONTACT:  Please send an email to the address provided, using the "Contact Us" link at the left of this page.  Please outline what your needs/problems/requirements are.  CDC will be in contact shortly with a response.  There is no charge for this service.

INITIAL EVALUATION:  Upon your request, CDC will send a consultant to meet with your representative to discuss your needs/requirements.  There is no cost for this Initial Evaluation (Site Survey), unless the Initial Evaluation is outside of the Tampa, FL Metropolitan Area.  Should this consultation require out-of-state travel, or in-state travel in excess of 100 miles from Tampa, FL,  the terms are as follows:

    
Airfare:   You shall provide prepaid, business-class air travel.  Non-refundable.
                     You shall provide transportation to/from the airport.

    
Accomodations:  You shall provide hotel accomodations for any consult/
                                   training excercise lasting more than eight (8) hours.

     
In-State Costs: Travel costs outside 100 miles of Tampa, FL, will be billed at
                                 the rate of $0.75 per mile traveled.  Verification of odometer
                                 readings will be provided upon request.


REVIEW OF YOUR SYSTEMS/PROCEDURES:  Complete review of your in-place systems/procedures will be billed at a rate of $75.00 USD per hour or any portion thereof, in addition to any costs as outlined above.

TRAINING:  CDC will provide extensive training for your Records Staff.  This includes overview of systems in place to include written and verbal testing of staff, and a report to the appropriate Department Manager(s) detailing results. 
The time expenditure on our part is a minimum of two (2) business days for training and one (1) business day for evaluation of results.  The cost is $200.00 USD per day, or any part thereof.  Final report to Management is included in this cost.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   All terms listed above are non-negotiable.
   All monies remitted to
CENTRAL DOCUMENT CONSULTANTS are non-
     refundable.
   After the Initial Consultation, an appropriate Contract for Services will be
     provided, for agreement and signatures, outlining the services that will
     be provided by CDC and the estimated costs your offices can expect to
     incur.

Regardless of whether or not your organization accepts and/or implements the recommendations of CDC, all above costs will be due and payable.
