Well, yesterday I had my nerve conduction velocity test done. It wasn't as bad as I remember but still not nice. Quit painful a few times but able to tolerate most of it ok. They tested my right arm and both legs (front & back). Most of my numbers were good except two. The first I can't remember but it was on my leg and they had a very hard time getting the number up to 12. At first they could only get the number to 7 then finally took it to 10 and stopped. The other leg made it to 12 without any trouble....the first attempt. As they tested my H-nerve (H-reflex) the numbers were very low. After a few attemps to get the number higher the tech gave up. Will be intersting to see what the doctor has to say. I go back to the neurologist on May 11th to have the EMG done and to find out the results of yesterday's test. I felt fine after the nerve test but by the time the later afternoon and night came I was in such pain (nerve pain) in my right arm and both legs. Not good either since I've been taken off my nerve pain meds. Feeling much better today!
