A few years ago I found a website which photographed every step of this process, but unfortunately it has now been removed. I attempted to find it using TheWayBackMachine.org but my efforts were fruitless.
But I will have photos here of the entire work.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The temperature of the flask only needs to be 37 to 38 degrees celcius (98.6 to 100.4 F). In the PDF file it has 370 to 380 but the zero is supposed to be a degree symbol �
