At one of the meetings in 2000 the Vice President takes charge when the President was unable to attend the meeting. This shows good Officer communication when the Vice President was prepared to run the meeting in the absense of the President at the weekly meeting.

The different committees are let go from the full command of the Vice President and are set to do the work of there committee. The committees worked well together and were set to get many things done during the 2000 year of VICA at Central High School.
