All those who attended 1999's Skills USA VICA Wyoming Competition in Casper, Wyoming had decided that they wanted to be a skilled person! They decided to put forth a lot of skill and work to compete in various areas of skill. Many of these skills, like carpentry and masonry, take lots of hard work, dedication, and time to put forth what is needed to advance onto the national competition in Kansas City. This year many of them advanced and tried there best against the rest of their competitors in the National Competition. Good job and Conratulations to all of them!!!! |
