| I am a confident, self motivated coach who works well as part of a team. I'm able to work on my own initiative and consider myself to have a good philosophy, good communication and diplomacy skills. I am keen and willing learner and like to perform all my coaching duties to the best of my ability. It is my responsibility of being a coach to ensure that all my practices are understood to the full quality. As a coach i must invoke the imagination of the players and challenge their ambitions. I will set standards with flair, imagination and I also think creativity should be encouraged and not take their creativity away from the players. I expect every player to do their own skills and keep practicing their own skills. I would create a training program which is fun but also involves hard work on the part of the players, I must also prepare my players to be ready on a game day. My goal in tournaments is to win, but it's the honing of skills in football (soccer) play that will provide for their opportunity to win, but it's more important for me as a coach to consider the development of my players in terms of football skills and character than to be focused on tournaments and win or lose records. I as a coach will give quality not quantity, so i expect quality not quantity. |
