Practicing Chinese and Universal Wisdom: Be a gardener and be happy all your life!

In "my" garden I feel much like Rousseau might have felt at the island of Saint-Pierre (The Confessions of Rousseau; Book 12).

Of which he said: "This is the life of the blessed in the next world, and from this time forth, I fixed upon it my supreme happiness"

Most blessed of all flowering plants I consider the Selenicereus grandiflorus.

For information on this rare plant click here

or click here for a 2004 picture of a flowering Selenicereus grandiflorus from my garden.

Epiphyllum Crenatum

I much like to encourage you to start taking care of plants if you may not already!

Like taking care of animals, having an interactive relation with "pure" nature will help you to be turned onto what is a major source of the good, happy and healthy life.
