Practicing Chinese and Universal Wisdom: Be a gardener and be happy all your life!
In "my" garden I feel much like Rousseau might have felt at the island of Saint-Pierre (The Confessions of Rousseau; Book 12).
Of which he said: "This is the life of the blessed in the
next world, and from this time forth, I fixed upon it my supreme
happiness"
Most blessed of all flowering plants I consider the Selenicereus grandiflorus.

Epiphyllum Crenatum
Like taking care of animals, having an interactive relation with "pure" nature will help you to be turned onto what is a major source of the good, happy and healthy life.
